Using YoCollector

YoCollector is a collection tracking, social, game, and marketplace community for collectors. You are responsible for your account activity and for the content you post.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use YoCollector to post, promote, arrange, or distribute content or activity involving:

• Scams, fraud, fake listings, misleading trades, chargeback abuse, or attempts to steal accounts, cards, money, or personal information.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, intimidation, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
• Explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, sexual content involving minors, or graphic content intended to shock or exploit.
• Illegal content, illegal goods or services, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or instructions for harmful illegal activity.
• Impersonation of another person, brand, moderator, admin, or official service.
• Unsafe meetup behavior, pressure to meet privately, evading marketplace safety expectations, or sharing another person’s private location without permission.
• Spam, botting, auto-clicking, scraping, abuse of game systems, malware, phishing, or attempts to disrupt YoCollector.

User Content

You keep ownership of content you create, but you give YoCollector permission to store, display, moderate, and remove it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Marketplace

Marketplace listings are user-created. YoCollector does not guarantee item condition, authenticity, payment, shipping, or trade completion. Use caution, report suspicious listings, and do not arrange unsafe meetups.

Pokemon and Card Data

Pokemon names, card images, trademarks, and related assets belong to their respective owners. YoCollector is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account using the account deletion page. Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may remove your collection, posts, chat, listings, and related account data.
