What We Collect

YoCollector collects the information needed to run your account, collection tools, social features, marketplace, support, and security systems.

• Account information such as username, email address, password hash, favorite starter, profile avatar/banner URLs, profile text, and profile customization settings.
• Collection data such as cards you save, variants, quantities, conditions, notes, lists, top cards, shared collection links, and game progress.
• Social content such as posts, comments, replies, public chat messages, group memberships, group posts, friend requests, friend lists, blocks, likes, views, and reports.
• Marketplace information such as listings, descriptions, prices, category, condition, image URLs, country, state/region, city, ZIP when provided, and approximate latitude/longitude when you choose to add it.
• Support tickets and ticket messages, including the page URL you submit with a ticket when provided.
• Security and device data such as IP address, IP subnet, user agent, login events, failed login events, API rate-limit records, auth tokens, and audit/security logs.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide YoCollector features, sync your account across devices, display public profile and social content you choose to post, operate marketplace listings, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

What Other Users Can See

Other users may see content you make public, including your username, public profile, avatar/banner images, public posts, comments, public chat messages, group posts, marketplace listings, and public collection/profile sections you enable.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or with hosting and infrastructure providers that help operate YoCollector.

Your Choices

You can edit profile information and many visibility settings in YoCollector settings. You may request or perform account deletion from the account deletion page. Deleting your account removes the user row and related account data covered by database cascade rules, though backups and security records may remain for a limited time where needed for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
